Landon was prompt and friendly! AC wasn’t working properly. He diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in less than 2 hrs from the time I made the call. My kids followed him around and he didn’t mind playing with them! Would 100% recommend and use in the future!!

Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and they were professional and courteous throughout. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to oversell anything, and the pricing was fair and upfront. Quality work all around. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Landon was such a breath of fresh air, I would like to see him open his own company. Sorry guys, but he needs to. He was so professional and just such a good person…. Hard to find these days. Showed up on time, polite and thorough. Landon inspected our entire AC system to provide a free estimate. He made minor repairs as he inspected for no charge. Very knowledgeable, we will be customers if or when necessary.

Absolutely recommend Landon and AC Experts. Landon was extremely knowable, honest and fair and went above and beyond after calling him to do a basic tune up on my AC before the hot months settle in. Landon spent a ton of time taking apart and cleaning all aspects of both the inside and outside of the HVAC system. Landon took photos of the before and after pics and showed me multiple photos of potential future issues for the HVAC system. I have had several HVAC experts come out on the past and Landon was by far the best I’ve dealt with. Thank you Landon very much and I appreciate the fast, attentive, professional service.

Landon responded to our service call incredibly quickly—within just a few hours. We have a 20-year-old AC unit, and he was honest about the good, the bad, and the ugly when it came to its condition. Rather than pushing unnecessary repairs, he fixed the immediate issue and gave us a realistic timeline for when we should expect to replace the unit.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to my husband, including what warning signs to watch for and when we should call back if any additional issues arise. He also provided helpful recommendations for replacement units when the time comes.
We will likely be calling them back before next summer for a new system, but that's to be expected with a 20+ year-old unit. We truly appreciated Landon's honesty, friendliness, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
