- Do you service every HVAC brand?
- Yes — ACExperts services every major residential HVAC brand: Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, Amana, Daikin, Mitsubishi, American Standard, Bryant, York, Tempstar, Heil, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung, Bosch, and others. We carry common parts (capacitors, contactors, fuses, common motors) on the truck for every major brand and source specialty parts same-day where the regional warehouses cooperate.
- Are you a factory authorized dealer?
- We are not currently listed as an authorized dealer for any specific brand. We are pursuing Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer status as of 2026. Authorized-dealer status affects dealer-only rebates and certain warranty processing — it does not affect our ability to repair, install, or warranty-service any major brand.
- Which brands do you recommend for Baldwin County's coastal climate?
- For homes within a few miles of Mobile Bay or the Gulf — coastal-grade outdoor units from any major brand are essentially mandatory. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, and Daikin all offer coastal-treated condenser packages that add 4-7 years of service life over standard units in salt-air conditions. For inland Baldwin County, brand choice matters less than install quality and right-sizing.
- Should I match brands when I replace just one component?
- AHRI-matched indoor + outdoor pairs are required for full manufacturer warranty validity, Energy Star certification, and federal 25C tax credit qualification. Matching the brand isn't strictly required (cross-brand AHRI matches exist), but matching the model line within a brand maximizes performance and simplifies parts and warranty.
- Which brands do you install?
- We install Bryant, Daikin, and Goodman as our primary new-system lines, with the ability to install other brands by request. The choice between them comes down to budget, feature depth, and which brand has the best dealer support in your area at the time of install.
- How do I tell what brand my existing system is?
- The brand name is on the data plate of the outdoor condenser (silver or yellow sticker) and on the air handler nameplate. Take a photo and email it to us if you can't read the model and serial — we can pull complete equipment specs from the model number alone.
