Why Silverhill is our home
Silverhill is a small unincorporated community in central Baldwin County, founded in 1897 by Swedish and Czech immigrants who built a quiet, tree-lined town that still feels that way today. The People's Supply Store from 1902 still stands. The original 1898 schoolhouse is now the town library. Live oaks line every street.
When ACExperts started, we chose Silverhill as our base for the same reasons people live here: it's central to all 17 Baldwin County cities we serve, the community is tight-knit and reputation-driven, and the older housing stock here means we work on the same kinds of HVAC systems we see across north and central Baldwin County. Our home base isn't a billboard — it's where we live and where we routed our first service calls. Silverhill makes that real.

“Landon was prompt and friendly! AC wasn’t working properly. He diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in less than 2 hrs from the time I made the call. My kids followed him around and he didn’t mind playing with them! Would 100% recommend and use in the future!!”
“Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and they were professional and courteous throughout. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to oversell anything, and the pricing was fair and upfront. Quality work all around. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC service.”
